Building & Reactive Maintenance

From our many years of being involved in the construction industry we have gleaned a wealth of practical knowledge and more importantly, practical solutions, which to us are everyday occurances but to many are the unknown or simply one more thing to address.

As part of our business we offer a comprehensive building and property maintenance service which covers all aspects of general building maintenance for domestic and commercial sectors.

Aside from our extensive experience in building design and construction management we have over 10 years history in project management being able to organise the replacement of a single tap to facilitating the construction of entire buildings.

As part of our service we undertake to manage the complete process ensuring that all works are undertaken and completed to a high standard and with minimal disturbance and when appropriate, minimal involvement from the customer.

We have quailfied building and property maintenance surveyors who are able to produce damage reports and schedule of work and repairs working closely in conjunction with our construction team and engineers.

All of our engineers are fully qualified and their skills include carpentry, joinery, kitchen fitters, ceramic floor and wall tiling, corgi registered plumbers, electricians, brick layers (for all aspects of building works), roofing, decorators and glaziers.

Because certain buildings are of a nature where they require an on-going maintenance programme, we are happy to provide you with a surveyor who will carry out a detailed report on your premises highlighting any areas where attention may be required or remeadial works needing to be carried out.
